Abstrak: Kader Kesehatan memiliki peranan penting dalam membantu masyarakat mengakses layanan Kesehatan. Salah satu untuk mensukseskan pemberian ASI Eksklusif adalah pemberian penyuluhan kesehatan bagi ibu. Penyuluh kesehatan yang berpartisipasi tidak cukup hanya petugas kesehatan, namun perlu banyak orang sehingga dapat mensukseskan program ASI Eksklusif. Kader posyandu balita merupakan salah satu orang yang dapat berperan dalam hal ini, karena kader posyandu salah satu orang yang sering bersosialisasi dengan warga di desa. Kegiatan berupa penyuluhan online menggunakan media zoom meeting meliputi pretes, materi pengantar menyusui, materi manajemen laktasi, postes. Pretes dan postest sebanyak 5 soal berupa pernyataan benar atau salah. Sejumlah 20 kader mengikuti dengan antusias, mayoritas kader adalah ibu rumah tangga dengan rentang usia antara 28 tahun sampai 65 tahun. Rerata nilai pretes adalah 69,5 sedangkan nilai postes 90. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan kader mengenai manajemen laktasi.
Abstract: Health cadres have an important role in helping the community access health services. One of the successes of exclusive breastfeeding is the provision of health education for mothers. Health educators who participate are not only health workers, but many people are needed so that the Exclusive Breastfeeding program can be successful. Posyandu cadres for toddlers are one of the people who can play a role in this, because posyandu cadres are one of the people who often socialize with residents in the village. Activities in the form of online counseling using zoom meeting media include pretests, introductory breastfeeding materials, lactation management materials, posttests. Pretest and postest as many as 5 questions in the form of true or false statements. A total of 20 cadres participated enthusiastically, the majority of cadres were housewives with ages ranging from 28 to 65 years. The mean pre-test score was 69.5 while the post-test score was 90. This indicated that there was an increase in cadres' knowledge regarding lactation management.
