Abstract: Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease that is a public health problem in Central Papua Province. The high number of TB cases requires cadre empowerment to achieve Zero Tuberculosis. The aim of community service is to increase the capacity and active role of cadres in implementing the 4Ts (Registered, Diagnosed, Treated, Monitored). The training methods used included interactive material delivery, group discussions, and case simulations to improve cadres' understanding and skills in screening and monitoring TB patients. In addition, assistance is provided through direct supervision, periodic monitoring, and evaluation of cadre performance to ensure optimal implementation of the 4Ts. The targets of this service activity are 36 cadres from Wanggar Sari Village, Wanggar Sub-district, who act as the spearhead in TB elimination efforts in their community. The community service results showed a significant increase in knowledge from 8 people (22.22%) with good grades after training to 28 people (77.78%) and cadres' skills related to TB handling with good grades after training from 12 people (33.33%) to 28 people (77.78%). The application of the 4Ts by cadres was also shown to be effective in increasing the number of patients registered, diagnosed, treated, and monitored properly.
