Abstract: Amidst technological developments, digital applications are a potential solution to overcome limitations in hypertension management, both through medication reminders and the provision of educational information related to treatment. This agronursing project program is about an application "Virtual Medicinal Plants and Hypertension Reminder "VITAMINE". This name reflects the main focus of the program, namely the development of a technology-based application that integrates medication reminders and educational information about medicinal plants to support holistic hypertension management. This project is planned to last for 6 months, consisting of: 2 months of preparation and technology development, 1 month of initial testing, 3 months of full implementation and monitoring. The modules used include technical guidelines for using the application, educational materials about hypertension and medicinal plants, and a manual for health workers to support patients in using this application effectively. Based on the findings of the interview results and their comparison with existing research and theories, a virtual application that integrates medication reminders with information about medicinal plants has great potential to help hypertension patients manage their condition. This application should be designed with ease of use in mind, the provision of evidence-based information, and a focus on effective medical treatment reminders, while also educating patients about the benefits of medicinal plants as a safe complementary therapy.
