Hubungan Dukungan Sosial Orang Tua Dengan Motivasi Belajar Online Mahasiswa Prodi Ners

Latar Belakang: Motivasi belajar merupakan penggerak seluruh mahasiswa yang menyebabkan kegiatan belajar dapat mencapai tujuan belajar yang diinginkan. Salah satu yang menyebabkan meningkatnya motivasi belajar online adalah dukungan sosial orang tua baik dalam dukungan emosional, penghargaan, informasi, instrumental maupun dukungan kelompok. Metode: Rancangan penelitian adalah dengan metode desain Cross Sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel total sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 95 orang. Hasil: Mayoritas dukungan sosial orang tua (85,3%) dan motivasi belajar online (65,3%). Berdasarkan uji Spearman Rank didapatkan p-value 0,001 (p<0,05), sehingga menunjukkan adanya hubungan dukungan sosial orang tua dengan motivasi belajar online mahasiswa prodi ners tahap akademik STIKes Santa Elisabeth Medan. Kesimpulan: Maka didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa semakin tinggi dukungan sosial yang diberikan oleh orangtua kepada anaknya maka semakin tinggi pula motivasi belajar online anak tersebut. Begitupun sebaliknya, semakin rendah dukungan sosial orangtua maka semakin rendah pula motivasi belajra online mahasiswa tersebut.
Background: Motivation to learn is the driving force of all students which causes learning activities to achieve the desired learning goals. One of the causes of increased motivation to learn online is the social support of parents in terms of emotional support, appreciation, information, instrumentals and group support. Method: The research design was a cross sectional design method. The sampling technique in this study was total sampling with a sample size of 95 people. Result: The results showed that the majority of parents' social support (85.3%) and online learning motivation (65.3%). Based on the Spearman Rank test, the p-value was 0.001 (p <0.05), thus indicating a relationship between parents' social support and online learning motivation Nursing Academic Students of Nurse Study Program. Conclusion: . So it can be concluded that the higher the social support provided by parents to their children, the higher the child's motivation to learn online. Vice versa, the lower the parents' social support, the lower the student's online learning motivation.
